To
find out what version you are currently running,
click Help | About in appropriate
application. You will see the version number
listed on the resulting screen. If it is lower
than the one listed above, it is a good idea
to update to the newer version.
To
determine which ESC download you need, click
Help | About from within
ESC. The following screen should appear.
Note
your installation type and version number
then use the chart below to determine which
file you need to download. For example: if
you are running the 6.01.29 Client, you would
need to download the ESC Client Full Install.

Click
the appropriate button and select Save
(we recommend saving the file to your desktop).
Note the name of the file and which folder
it is saved in. When the download is complete,
navigate to the downloaded file and double-click
it. Select Unzip from the
resulting screen, then close the application.
This will create a C:\ESC Install - ESC
folder on your computer. Navigate to
this folder and follow the directions in either
the Installation or Upgrade Guide.

To
download the latest version of the ESC QuickBooks
Server click on the button below and select
Save (we recommend saving
the file to your desktop). Note the name of
the file and which folder it is saved in.
When the download is complete, navigate to
the downloaded file and double-click it. Select
Unzip from the resulting
screen, then close the application. This will
create a C:\ESC Install - QuickBooks Server
folder on your computer. Navigate to
this folder and follow the directions in either
the Installation or Upgrade Guide.
To
download the latest version of the ESC Peachtree
Server click on the button below and select
Save (we recommend saving
the file to your desktop). Note the name of
the file and which folder it is saved in.
When the download is complete, navigate to
the downloaded file and double-click it. Select
Unzip from the resulting

create a C:\ESC Install - Peachtree Server
folder on your computer. Navigate to
this folder and follow the directions in either
the Installation or Upgrade Guide.

download the latest version of the ESC Mobile
Server click on the button below and select

the file and which folder it is saved in.
When the download is complete, navigate to
the downloaded file and double-click it. Select

download the latest version of the ESC Laptop

download the latest version of the ESC Handheld
Mobile Client click on the button below and

name of the file and which folder it is saved
in. When the download is complete, navigate
to the downloaded file and double-click it.

create a C:\ESC Install - Handheld Mobile
Client folder on your computer. Navigate
to this folder and follow the directions in
either the Installation or Upgrade Guide.

by an ESC technician.
To
download the latest version of the Desktop
Edition of Microsoft's SQL Server 2000 to
use with ESC, click on the button below and
select Save (we recommend
saving the file to your desktop). Note the
name of the file and which folder it is saved
in. When the download is complete, navigate
to the downloaded file and double-click it.
Select Unzip from the resulting
screen, then close the application. This will
create a C:\ESC Install - SQL Server folder
on your computer. Navigate to this folder
and follow the directions of the technician
you are working with.
